It’s not often I think my photography is good enough for public consumption, which is why I so often play around with it using textures and the like. In this instance, I surprised myself by liking it enough to let it stand. Who’d ‘ave thunk!

It was with this bunch of roses that I christened my new home. Bought on Friday from the local supermarket, they don’t have much of a fragrance but they sure as hell look good.

  7. Roses are my favorite Sarah and your shot shows them in all their glory. Perfect crop for the canvas bag – just gorgeous. I’ve been absent lately with an injured shoulder muscles (limited typing and painting) and I see you have a pulled muscle too. They aren’t fun ~ hope you are on the mend.

      1. Hi Sarah, I’m so sorry to read that yours is worsening – hopefully it is nothing more than a pulled muscle. Who knew that muscles can be so painful. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have a lot of patience for the healing process – I’m ready to move on. Take good care Sarah ~ have a beautiful week.
