“We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves.”
― Dalai Lama XIV
Then again—
“There is no such thing as inner peace. There is only nervousness and death.”
― Fran Lebowitz
Be that as it may, the spot photographed is as near to external peace on my little island. Note how it’s suddenly ‘my’ island now that I’m living here! For those new to this blog, I’m talking about the Isle of Wight. Mind you, I probably said the same when I was still in Crete.

Take care and keep laughing!
I enlarged the photo, and it is very good, for one taken with a phone camera. I like how it works so well on the products too.
Best wishes, Pete. x

I’ve been really surprised by the quality with this particular iPhone. I enlarge them with a special software and continue to be very happy with the results. Thanks, Pete. x

It’s a beautiful spot, Sarah. I can imagine it evoking peace – though I can’t help feeling the Lebowitz quote is nearer the truth of things than the Dalai Lama’s.

Well, yes, I can’t help feeling the same! Having said that, I have felt more at peace here than I’ve felt anywhere for a very long time.

That’s good – long may it last. I’ve only been to the Isle of Wight once, to visit a friend who lived there for a short time, so didn’t see much of it.

It’s a little piece of heaven! I felt that even as a child when we came on holiday every year.

Well, I wouldn’t mind if it were my island too. Can I? Perfect and all the examples of products look great. Good luck, Sarah!

Beautiful image, Sarah! I didn’t know you were living on the Isle of Wight, although I knew you’d returned to the UK. Glad to see how well you’ve settled in… you sound really happy there. Btw I prefer the Dallai Lama’s saying to Fran’s! 😂
