Wet Magic Digital Art by Sarah Vernon
Adapted from Francois Boucher’s La Toilette de Venus of 1751.

Does anyone recognise the title I’ve stolen? Clue: Think of the books you read as children. The older you are, the better placed you will be for finding it familiar, even if you haven’t read it!

    1. The eye is superb. Unlike Crete, I keep forgetting I’ve had the operation, which is dangerous because I mustn’t rub it this early on. I’m happy to hear you love the image. Thank you, Janet. 🙂 xx

    1. I can’t do those things anyway even though I do them when I shouldn’t, operation or not and exacerbate my condition. I’m being very good though. Except when I forget it’s a new lens and nearly rub my eyes! I’m more than pleased that you find Wet Magic a ‘gorgeous and playful image’. You always do say the nicest things, like my strapline in the banner!

  1. It reminds me of this Dreamscapes: Creating Magical Angel, Faery & Mermaid Worlds watercolor painting tutorial book I bought from Michael’s Craft Store a few years back, created by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law.
