What fun I had layering and putting together Mirror Image! Now, I’m not a symmetrical sort of person and I’m a great fan of asymmetrical clothing and so forth. In other words, I like misalignment in various guises. However, if something needs to be aligned and I’ve done it mathematically but it doesn’t look as if it is, I will adjust according to my overall view — perhaps not advisable when you have a cataract, but that’s how I’ve played it. This, however, was a test of my good right eye and there was a lot of squinting to get every element entirely aligned in order to create a mirror image. It was before the operation!

Take care and keep laughing!
Very clever..because like you, naturally I like misalignment and so can fully appreciate the skill it took to do this so well…..Keep smiling and before you know it your eyes will be better than ever before:)xx

It definitely works. I also like things not quite symmetrical but when it works, it works! I hope your eyes recover soon. 🙂

That’s lovely. Yeah, you’ve still got it, Sarah, even with a squiffy eye 😉

Thank you, Juli. I don’t know about the eye being as squiffy as I’d like to be at the moment! I had a cat named Squiffy! When she died of kidney disease, I wept buckets.

As you would say Sarah, exquisite! Amazing you didn’t wear out your good eye in accomplishing the symmetrical details. Hope your eye recovers more quickly so you gain more control over you world ~

Lovely image Sarah – as for the symmetry, I think I’d be itching to put just one thing out of line somewhere that only I would know about! Do hope you’ll be feeling the full benefits of your op very soon, take care x 🙂
