I have to be careful when it comes to chilli, alas, but this recipe from Deliciously Ella looks and sounds mouth-watering.
These chilli and chive chickpea pancakes are my go-to quick lunch or supper at the moment. They take about five minutes to make, need just five ingredients and taste amazing! They’re the simplest, most fantastic…

Take care and keep laughing!
They look good, but I don’t touch avocado. Can’t stand the consistency.
I would just leave them out of the pancake.
Best wishes, Pete.x

Thanks for sharing. I have a bag of dry chickpeas that I have no idea what to do with after I rehydrate them.

Pretty blowy, I have to say. It’s easy for me to lose my balance even just walking next door to the pub! xxx

They look good and sound easy to make. Reading the comments I noticed someone made a sweet version with peanut butter and bananas, which sounds delish.
