I had the chance last weekend to visit the BP Portrait Awards 2016 at the National Portrait Gallery. As always it is an interesting review of the world of portraiture today. Pleasure, Janet. James is excellent at casting his eye on these exhibitions. His analysis is always spot-on, as far as I can see without ever going to the NPG or wherever. I hope, of course, to rectify that soon! xxx
