Hummingbird Tune @ First Night Design
Inspired by the exquisite paintings of Janet Weight Reed, whose running motif is the hummingbird, I have used the same background as in Seagull Sonata to showcase this rather splendid hummingbird (Mdf on Wikimedia Commons).

Take care and keep laughing!
This is beautiful and thank you so much for the compliment. Much appreciated, especially as my computer is acting up which is always a little disconcerting. However, we will both keep smiling:):) xx

As we have both said before, when they work, wonderful – when they don’t. Well all we can do is keep smiling:). I have my iPad but in comparison it’s very slow…..ah well xx

Lovely muted colours, Sarah. I like the way the eye is drawn to the bird’s tail and the flower, hardly noticing the body and wings, which are almost camouflaged..
Best wishes, Pete. x

As soon as I saw the beautiful image I thought of Janet. Sorry to hear her computer is misbehaving (it seems to be catching…). Thanks, Sarah!
