  1. I always thought hospitals were silly places for pregnant women to have to go for check-ups and to have their babies but your experience shows that even sick people risk getting sicker in them. Still, I suppose it’s better to get sick in hospital than at home. I’m glad you’re on the mend now and I hope you get back to normal again soon.

      1. I knew someone who contracted MRSA in hospital and had to spend the rest of her life on crutches. It’s a scary bug. Pneumonia can be deadly but at least if you recover you haven’t lost any bits of your anatomy.

    1. You’re right there and no mistake. They’d also cut my reflux medication in half for reasons too boring to go into and that made recovery at home impossible. I bumped it up again and told the gastro doctor they were never going to make me accept a reduced dose! xx
