I liked the link to the reconstruction of the Reynolds exhibition. They have done that well. Always good to see more commemorative plaques too.

Just think if we’d known this quote before we wouldn’t have spent decades feeling guilty! I have a blackboard in a prominent place in the kitchen quoting Rose Macaulay: ‘A house unkept cannot be so distressing as a life unlived.’
