Good morning dear Sarah….Always good to get the bad stuff out of the way…like removal of wisdom tooth – on a Monday:) It will take a little time to catch up, but I am now officially back in the world. Bless you, Janet. You’re quite right. Stitch removal from eyeball last Friday didn’t follow that pattern, though! As I write, the numbness has worn off further and I feel a soupcon of pain. Oooh, time for the Bailey’s or the vodka! xx

The Baileys AND the vodka? 😀 … tooth pain is just about the worst. Might I also suggest a hot water bottle for the side of the face? If not for relaxing the face muscles then at the very least, comfort.

I only have the Baileys in stock and it’s too cold to go out and buy the vodka! The dentist recommended ice rather than a hot water bottle but the pain and bruising really has been minimal. Only if I touch the area do I feel anything. So I don’t!
