A gentle touch of steampunk to start the week. I’ve used the reverse of one of my vintage postcards and added an almond green texture. To this I have placed steampunk ephemera from Design Cuts, and a fish from The Graphics Fairy.
“Steampunk is…a joyous fantasy of the past, allowing us to revel in a nostalgia for what never was. It is a literary playground for adventure, spectacle, drama, escapism and exploration. But most of all it is fun!”

Awesome! I love all the elements of this piece, especially the faint postcard background.
That fish is ultra marvelous.

I like the expression on the fish, and the fact that it is towing a parachute! Great stuff, and a good colour choice too.
Best wishes, Pete. x
