Some fun for all us cynics at Halloween. The bird is from The Graphics Fairy and the words are mine own!
And here are few others made in earlier years to choose from.

The Real England is a concise, direct, and not-so-gentle window into the depths of the leftovers of the world’s once greatest empire. It is told from the perspective of one lone (or not so lone) long term visitor. I love the raven…reminds me of when I lived in Crickhowell right next to the old castle…The ravens would kick up such a racket, which I loved. What that says about me, I don’t know:) Have a wonderful day. Janet.

Growing up in Spain never saw Halloween other than in films, now like everything else it’s been imported…Love Poe and horror stories and definitely love all your cards! 🙂

Much thanks for the compliment, Olga. We certainly didn’t give it house-room when I was a child!

Having been accused of being a card carrying, broom rider a number of times in my life I like this time of year. Here are some great images from Sarah Vernon which also serves as an invitation. Sarah is my guest tomorrow on the Sunday Show and there is so much to discover about this accomplished artist, actress and writer… I hope you will pop in.

I like the play on words of the quote very much, and the raven has a cheeky expression too.
Well done, Sarah.
Best wishes, Pete. x

Correction. It should have read ‘the quote’ of course. And I missed the A from your name. Sausage fingers tonight!
